About these terms

This store is operated by Oleh Korotkov, an individual, under the name HELG Design. These terms apply to purchases at helg.design. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Please review these terms and the linked shipping, refund and privacy policies before ordering. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Products and measurements

Our radiator covers are custom-made from 3/4-inch MDF, in Unfinished or White Painted finish as selected in your order. Unfinished covers require your own priming and painting.

All dimensions entered are the external dimensions of the finished cover, in inches. They are not radiator measurements or internal opening dimensions. Read our Measuring Guide and contact us before ordering if you need assistance. Please check dimensions, finish, design, quantity and delivery details before payment. Contact us promptly about mistakes; requests are reviewed individually and subject to applicable law and our refund policy.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Full payment is required when ordering. Review the calculated price and selected options before checkout. Applicable taxes and any agreed charges are shown before payment. A custom request is a request for a quote, not a paid order.

Production and delivery

Standard production is 2–4 calendar days, separate from shipping transit time. If a delay affects your order, we will contact you about the revised timing and available options, including cancellation and refund where required by law.

U.S. shipping is free. Covers ship unassembled with assembly instructions. Free Brooklyn pickup is available; wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting it. International delivery requires prior agreement on availability and terms. See our Shipping Policy.

Changes, cancellations and returns

Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Requests are reviewed individually; contacting support does not automatically cancel an order. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a return. Follow the approval and return instructions in our Return and Refund Policy. That policy governs eligibility, condition, packaging, return shipping costs and deadlines. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection; bank processing can take additional time. Report damaged, defective or incorrect items to support so we can resolve the issue in accordance with that policy and applicable law.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information. We use the contact information you provide to communicate about your request or order. Marketing choices are separate from order communications.

Website use and content

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate order information. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access or submit fraudulent orders. Website content and designs may be protected by intellectual property law; purchasing a physical product does not transfer intellectual property rights.

Corrections and updates

If an error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it rather than charging an additional amount without your agreement. Updated terms apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove rights under existing orders.
